What can students earn when they show
The Wildcat Way?
POSITIVE DOJO POINTS
When students show expected behaviors, teachers, staff, and administrators may reward students with a Dojo Point. Dojo points can be spent on items at our PBIS Rewards Store, which we have named our PAWS (Positive and Wonderful Students) Store.
PAWS STORE
In our PAWS Store, we have several different items worth anywhere from 10 points to 100 points. Each grade level has a designated morning where students can come shop from 7:20-7:50 a.m. after checking in with their teacher.
HOUSE CHIPS AND CELEBRATIONS
Each grade level is part of a “house”. Kindergarten & 3rd Grade belong to the Red House, 1st grade & 4th grade belong to the Blue House, and 2nd grade and 5th grade belong to the Green House. Students can earn chips in addition to Dojo points for showing the Wildcat Way. The chips are collected in boxes along the hallways, and the House that collects the most chips within a month gets a special celebration that includes a special sweet treat and game(s).
