The vision of the UES counseling program is to prepare all students for success in academics, career readiness, and social-emotional development, both today and in the future. Students will leave Union Elementary with the skills, mindsets, and behaviors that will empower them to be lifelong learners, to reach goals aligned with their interests and abilities, and to be productive, empathetic, and innovative members of their local and global communities.
